The Mayor's Office of Information Technology is responsible for deploying, utilizing and leveraging information technology to enhance productivity, broaden the capabilities, and reduce the operating costs of Baltimore City government, thereby improving the quality and timeliness of services delivered to the citizenry.

We accomplish our mission through the efforts of a talented and dedicated staff and the use of current technology. We serve our customers with enthusiasm and personal attention. We stress innovation and continuously search for better and more efficient ways of doing things.
